Our Philosophy
Primeros Pasos provides a safe and nurturing environment with developmentally appropriate activities to explore and learn through play. Our goal is to provide a supportive atmosphere that will encourage each child to individually develop physically, socially-emotionally, and cognitively. Our play-based philosophy means children naturally engage in and enjoy play as a way of learning on their own terms and at their own pace.
We strive to communicate with our students in Spanish at all times, to the extent feasible. Children will learn Spanish in a fun, natural way. Our families are diverse, and value community and a supportive environment. Our students will not only be exposed to the language but will develop multicultural awareness and a global perspective.
